Local Exchange Clubs

Local Clubs can range in size from 10-15 members to 100+ members. Each Club determines its’ focus of effort and community service projects known as our “Programs of Service”. These programs align to one of our major themes – Americanism, Youth, Community, and Child Abuse Prevention and provide members with opportunities to serve their communities, develop leadership skills and interact with other like-minded business and professional persons. Members become friends, and friends become a community. Check all our programs at: Exchange Programs of Service

In 1978, Exchange adopted child abuse prevention as its national project. Today, nearly 100 Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Centers have been established across the country. The centers utilize professionally trained parent aides who work directly with families in need, teaching them positive parenting techniques. More than 140,000 children and 100,000 families have benefited from Exchange’s efforts.

Joe Dudek, National Exchange Club National President, promotes Field of Flags initiative

“The Field of Flags is just one way the Exchange Clubs can engage with their communities. Promoting pride in country, respect for the flag, and appreciation of our freedoms—that’s the heart of Exchange’s Americanism programs. For generations, brave Americans have stood united in service and sacrifice to protect the liberties we cherish. A Field of Flags is more than a display—it’s a living tribute to our Nation’s flag and the enduring values it represents.”

Each Club is challenged to have one Fiel of Flag in their town or City. It can be the size the community wants – there is no right or wrong way to show our respect, and to honor our country. In 2026, we will celebrate our Nation’s 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, so there is no better time to host a Field of Flags.

Celebrate with the Nation – honor our Flag – engage your community! Contact Joe Dudek for more information.
